Adding Mailboxes From ISPConfig Control Panel

Adding mailboxes from the ISPConfig control panel allows you to create and manage email accounts associated with your domain. This includes defining mailbox details, setting storage limits, and configuring account settings based on your requirements.

  1. Log in to your ISPConfig console.
  2. Click on the Email tab and then click Add New Domain.
  3. Select the Client and fill in the database name.
  4. Click Save.
    Any newly added domain for emails will be listed in the Domain List.
  5. Click on the Email tab, then click on Email Mailbox in the left panel. Then click Add new Mailbox.
  6. Fill in the Real name, the Email address, select the Domain and fill in the new password.
  7. Click Save.

To log in to your Mailbox, go to http://domain_name/webmail in the browser and Sign in.

Alternatively you can configure POP3 or IMAP in Outlook or another mail client to access your mailbox.
