To design the blog page, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Side Menu, go to Pages

  2. Hover your mouse on the Blog menu and click the gear icon

Here are the available actions in the Blog Page Settings panel:

Function  Description
NAME This field lets you define the title of your blog page. For example, it could be "Blog", "Blog Post, or "Updates". This is how the page will appear in your site’s navigation menu.

URL Customize the URL for your blog. By default, it appears as /blog, but you can change it to anything relevant, like /news or /journal.
FORMAT

You can choose how your blog posts are displayed on the page. Click on each option to see the results on the blog page.

  • Feed: Shows posts in a vertical scrolling format, great for storytelling or journal-style blogs.
  • Grid: Displays posts in a tiled layout, ideal for visual or image-heavy blogs.
  • List: Shows posts in a simplified list, focusing on titles and summaries.
POST PER PAGE Use the slider to set how many blog posts appear per page. This helps manage content load and improves readability.

LIST STYLE

This displays on how your content is presented and how visitors interact with it. A clean, simple format that puts your content front and center.

  • Compact: This style is designed to show more posts in less space, making it efficient and user-friendly for visitors who want to browse quickly.
  • Standard: This style displays posts one after another in a vertical column. This provides a balanced blend of visuals and content, offering a user-friendly experience for both casual readers and loyal followers.
PAGE WIDTH

Choose the content width:

  • Standard: Balanced margins and padding.
  • Wide: Expands content across more screen space.
  • Full Width: Spans the entire width of the screen, good for modern, clean designs.
META Switch this ON to display post metadata such as author name, date published, or reading time. This adds credibility and context to your post.
READ MORE A common feature used in blog posts to display a short preview or excerpt of the content, followed by a clickable link—labeled “Read More”.
DIVIDER Enable this to show dividers between posts. This can help visually separate entries for easier reading.
ALIGNMENT

Adjust the alignment of blog content:

  • Left: Aligns text and images to the left (default and most common).
  • Center: Useful for more visual or minimalist designs.
NAVIGATION TYPE

Choose how users navigate through your blog:

  • Pagination: Adds page numbers at the bottom.
  • Load More: Loads additional posts as the user clicks a button.
  • Endless: Loads posts continuously as the user scrolls down.

PAGINATION SYTLE

This controls how visitors navigate between multiple pages of blog posts. Choosing the right style improves user experience and keeps readers engaged. In the Crazy Domains Website Builder, two common pagination styles are Standard and Previous.

  • Standard: Displays page numbers at the bottom of the blog post list (e.g., 1, 2, 3, Next).
  • Previous: Only “Previous” and “Next” buttons are shown—no page numbers.
SET AS HOMEPAGE Enable this setting to make your blog page the first thing visitors see when they land on your website.
HIDE PAGE Turn on this setting to remove the blog page from your site's navigation and hide it from public view—without deleting any content.

Congratulations, you have successfully created your blog post using the Website Builder!
