Enable Third-Party Email Access for Titan
This article explains how to enable third-party email access for your Titan email account. By turning on this feature, you can configure your Titan email on external email clients such as Gmail, Outlook, and Thunderbird. It also highlights important limitations to help you understand which features may not be available outside Titan’s native platform.
How To Enable Third-Party Email Access
- Log in to your Titan Email on the web.
- On the upper right of your Titan client, click the Settings (⚙️ gear icon).
- Scroll down and click Enable Titan on other apps.
NOTE. If you only see Configure 3rd party apps, and clicking this redirects you to Titan support page, this means your third-party email access is already enabled.
- Go through the feature tour, then click Enable Titan on other apps at the end.
- After enabling third-party access, click Next Steps to view setup guides for email clients like Gmail, Outlook, and Thunderbird or read our own email setup guides below.
