Your Crazy Domains account password is required to sign in and manage your services. You may need to change your password for security reasons or reset it if you’ve forgotten your login details.

This article provides steps to change or reset your Crazy Domains account password and restore access to your account.

Change your password

If you feel the need to change your password for security purposes, you can update it by following the steps below.

  1. Go to your account Security Settings.
  2. In your Security settings page, find the Password row and click on EDIT.
  3. Enter your existing password and your new password.
  4. Click on SAVE CHANGES

Reset your password

As much as we always want to remember our passwords, we can't avoid forgetting them sometimes. Don't worry! You can reset your password easily.

  1. Go to Crazy Domains Lost Password page.
  2. Enter any of the following account information:
    • Account email address
    • Account username
    • Domain name in the account
  3. Click on SEND
  4. Access your account email address' mailbox and find the password reset email we sent. If you don't get the email, do the following steps:
    • Check your spam folder
    • Make sure you are accessing the correct email address you used in the account.
    • You can request for another email. Just go back to step 1.
    • You might have more than one account associated with the email. Try using a username or domain name in the lost password form.
  5. Open the password reset email and click on RESET PASSWORD button. This will open the password reset page in your browser.
    • If your password reset link is not working, it may have expired.
    • You can repeat step 1.
  6. Enter your new password.
  7. Click on SUBMIT to complete.
