Changing Your Mailbox Size Allocation

This article shows you how to manage and change mailbox sizes for your email accounts using the Mail Control Panel. Whether your mailbox is full or you need to assign different storage sizes to your email accounts, this article will walk you through the process.

How To Change Mailbox Quota

1. Log in to your Mail Control Panel.
2. Click MANAGE ACCOUNTS.
3. Click the email account that you want to manage.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS.
5. Scroll down to Mailbox quota section.
6. Enter the mailbox size that you want to allocate for the email account.
   NOTE. The maximum mailbox size will depend on your Email Hosting Plan subscription.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click SUBMIT to save the changes.
