Create or Add Email Address

NOTE. This documentation only applies to users with classic products from Freeparking.

Email addresses can be created or added within your hosting account using your domain name to set up individual mailboxes for different users or purposes.

This page will show you how to add or create, modify, and delete email addresses or mailboxes for your domain name. To begin, log in to your Mail Control Panel first, then follow the steps below.

Create an Email Account

  1. On your Mail Control Panel, click Manage Accounts from the left-side menu.

  2. Click Add New Account.

  3. Input the following details:

    • Full Name - This can be a description of your account. (Example: Sales Team)
    • Email Address - Enter the username of the email address you want to add. Your domain name will auto-populate. (Example: sales)
    • Password - Enter a strong password: a minimum of 8 letters, with at least one uppercase and one number.
    • Verify Password - Retype your password.

NOTE: You may use the default password provided on the screen or generate a new one.

Modify an Email Account

  1. Click Manage Accounts from the left-side menu.
  2. Select the email address you want to edit.
  3. Make the changes you want.
  4. Click Submit to update your changes.

NOTE:

  • You can only edit the Full Name and change your email password from this area.
  • To change the email password, simply enter a new password or generate a new one, then click Submit.
  • Since you cannot edit the username, you may delete the email address and create a new one with your preferred username. However, this may delete all your mailbox data. Ensure to backup your emails before deleting the mailbox.

Delete an Email Account

  2. Find the email you want to remove, then click the red Delete icon on the right.
