On 22 September 2025, Freeparking will officially become Crazy Domains, bringing Freeparking services under the Crazy Domains brand.
Crazy Domains was established in 2007 and is a leading domain name registrar and Web presence provider across New Zealand and Australia.
This consolidation combines the tools, features, and support of both brands while keeping your existing services active and supported.

What will happen to my existing Freeparking account and services?
Your Freeparking account and services will be smoothly transferred over to Crazy Domains. For most of you, your login details will stay just the way they are now. If there’s any change to your login, we’ll send you a clear email with simple instructions on how to access your new Crazy Domains account and manage your services. Don’t worry—everything you have now, like your domains, website builder, and hosting, will remain up and running throughout the move.
Will my pricing or billing change?
Your existing products will keep their current pricing upon renewal. However, new purchases after the migration will follow Crazy Domains’ current pricing.
Will I need to create a new account with Crazy Domains?
There’s no need to set up a new account. Your Freeparking account details will be transferred over to Crazy Domains. In most cases, you’ll be able to use your existing login information to access all your services and products after the migration. If any changes to your login details are necessary, we’ll make sure to notify you by email. You can also reach out Crazy Domains customer support for any post consolidation issues you may encounter.
Will any billing or payment settings need to change?
Once moved to Crazy Domains, Polipay and Bank Transfer will no longer be accepted for manual renewals or new purchases. All our other payment methods will remain.
For Auto Renewals, if you currently have a valid credit card as your primary payment method, this will continue to work on Crazy Domains, and no action is required from you.
If a payment is unsuccessful on Crazy Domains for any auto renewals, you will be notified.

How do I access my services after the consolidation?
After the consolidation is finished, you’ll manage your services through the Crazy Domains Account Manager. We’ll provide you with easy-to-follow instructions on how to log in using your current credentials, and you’ll find all your services available in the new dashboard.
Will my domain name registration or hosting be affected?
Your domain registration and hosting services will remain active without disruption. However, while we complete the consolidation, you will have limited access to your Account Manager.
Why has the legal entity changed to Dreamscape Networks International?
Crazy Domains is a division of Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd. Migrating from Freeparking to Crazy Domains will result in the change of your contracting entity (shown on your invoices and agreements). This does not affect in any way how you use our services.
Will I still have access to customer support?
Absolutely! You’ll still have access to customer support through chat and phone during the published hours listed on Crazy Domains’ Contact Us page. Their support team is fully equipped to help with any questions or issues related to your existing services and will be there to guide you through the transition.
Will my email address or website change?
Your core services won’t change unless we specifically tell you otherwise. Your email address and website URL will stay the same after the consolidation. If any updates are needed, Freeparking will let you know ahead of time with clear instructions.
Can I continue to use Freeparking tools or services after the consolidation?
Crazy Domains is dedicated to making this transition as seamless as possible. We’re committed to supporting the tools and services you previously used with Freeparking. If any tools or services are ever discontinued or replaced, you’ll be notified in line with our terms of service.
Will my data be secure during the transition?
Crazy Domains is committed to keeping your data safe. Throughout the transition, your account information, services, and data will be protected with the highest security standards. We follow industry best practices to ensure your information stays secure.
What if I have billing issues or concerns during the transition?
If you encounter any issues with billing, payments, or invoices during the transition, please reach out to Crazy Domains customer support right away. They’re ready to help resolve any problems and make sure your account transition goes smoothly.
How will this affect the services I currently use (e.g., website hosting, SSL certificates, etc.)?
Your existing products and services won’t experience any downtime during the consolidation. They will keep running smoothly without any interruptions.
You can continue to renew your existing products and services, while any new purchases will be selected from the products and services offered by Crazy Domains.
If there are updates or modifications to your current products and services, we will let you know accordingly.
Will the user interface change for managing my services?
Yes, after the consolidation, you’ll be using the Crazy Domains Account Manager to manage your services. It’s a new interface compared to Freeparking, designed to provide a smooth and efficient experience. How long will the consolidation process take?
We’ll keep you informed about important dates throughout the transition and provide all the details you need to ensure your services continue without interruption.
What should I do if I have additional questions or need assistance during the consolidation?

Will my account history be retained?
All your current account history will be kept intact during the transition to Crazy Domains. You’ll still be able to access your full account history through the Crazy Domains Account Manager.
Will my renewal dates or contract terms change?
Your renewal dates won’t change—you’ll keep the same renewal schedule, contract terms, and communication timing. For details on our legal policies, please visit our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy page.
Will I need to update my DNS?
No action is needed on your part for DNS changes. Your nameservers, A records, MX records, and all other DNS settings will stay exactly as they are.
Will the login link be changed?
Yes, once the consolidation is complete, you’ll log in to your Account Manager at https://www.crazydomains.co.nz/members/login/.
Polipay and Bank Transfer

Will there be any changes to my transaction details?
Yes. Purchases made after the consolidation will appear as “Freeparking Crazy Domains” in your bank transaction records.
