Create a cPanel Email | Crazy Domains
Creating an email account in cPanel allows you to set up email addresses associated with your domain and manage them within your hosting environment. This article provides instructions on how to create an email account in cPanel and outlines the available configuration options. Follow this guide to set up a new email account and manage your email settings within your hosting control panel
NOTE. If you are using Website Builder, follow the same guide, as it uses cPanel for its email features.
NOTE. This documentation is only applicable for the new Crazy Domains Web Hosting products. For older versions, please see our Classic Interface documentations.

- Enter the new email address in the Username text box.
- For the Password section, you can do the following actions:
- Set password now. Use this to manually enter a password or use the Generate password function
- Send login link to alternative email address. Use this to send a login link to a different email address where the receiver will be able to set the email password. This is useful if you are creating an email account for another person.
- In the Optional Settings, you can set the email account storage space and other customisation. See Optional Settings to learn more.
- Click the + Create button to create the new email account.
Optional Settings
Here's your guide for the email account Optional Settings:
- Storage Space. Use this to limit or customise the email account's email quota size. Unlimited means the email account can take up the storage space available in your hosting plan.
- Automatically Create Folders for Plus Addressing. Use this to manage email messages you received with plus addressing (for example, [email protected]). There are two actions you can do:
- Automatically Create Folders. This will automatically create the folder if it does not exist. For example, if someone sends email to [email protected], the system will automatically create the foldername folder (if the folder name does not exist) in your email account and put the message you received there.
- Do Not Automatically Create Folders. When you select this, the system will not create the folder, but you will still receive the email directly in your inbox.
- Send welcome email with instructions to set up a mail client. If you check this box, the email account will receive the email with email setup instructions.
