Resetting your email password in Premium Email Hosting allows you to restore access to your mailbox or update your current credentials. This process is completed through your Account Manager by selecting the email account and entering a new password.

Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Email option in the menu at the top of the page.
- Select the domain name you wish to manage.
If you only have (1) one Email Exchange / Email Hosting plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page. - On the Email Hosting dashboard page, click on the Manage link for the email account you want to manage.
- Click on Mailboxes tab.

- Click the corresponding key icon on the email you want to reset the password.
- A pop-up window will appear, enter the new password in the field provided.

Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field. - Click the Change Password button.
