How To View My Customer or Member ID
This article describes the Customer ID (also referred to as Member ID), a unique identifier for a Crazy Domains account. It explains where to locate the Customer ID within the Account Profile Details and notes that this ID is required when contacting customer support for account verification.
The Customer ID is your Crazy Domains account's unique identifier. You need to provide your Customer ID when contacting customer support so we can pull up your account immediately.
NOTE. The Member ID starts with an M followed by seven or eight digits. For example, M12345678.
Where to find my customer ID
The following are the steps on how to find your customer ID:
- Go to your Account Profile Details.
- You can find your Customer ID at the upper right, just below your account name.
