Getting Started With Linux Hosting

1. Access your hosting control panel 

You can manage your Linux hosting account using a control panel. The available option depends on your hosting plan. 

The following access methods are available. 

• Current hosting plans can use the Linux Control Panel in the Crazy Domains account to manage hosting. cPanel may also be available if needed.  
• Classic hosting plans can only use cPanel to manage hosting.  

 

2. Create a website 

There are different ways to create a website depending on your needs and technical experience. In this article, we recommend installing WordPress as it is the most commonly used option for Linux hosting.

3. Connect a domain to your Linux hosting 

Your domain must point to your hosting server before your website becomes accessible. 

This is done by updating your domain’s name servers to our hosting name servers.

4. Create cPanel email accounts 

You can create email accounts using your domain name through your hosting account. This allows you to send and receive emails using a professional email address based on your domain.
