Step 1: Initiate the payment process
Let the phone or chat support agent know that you’re ready to make a payment, so that they can initiate a secure payment session. Don’t worry—they will guide you through the entire process.
Step 2: Enter your card details
How you enter your payment details depends on the support channel you’re using.
For Phone Support
- Use your phone’s dial pad to enter your credit card details directly. This ensures that sensitive information is not shared aloud to the agent.
- Follow these steps:
- Enter your credit card number when prompted.
- After the agent confirms the validity of your card number, they will ask you to input the expiration date (MMYY) and CVV code next.
For Chat Support
- The agent will send you a secure payment link.
- Open the link on your device and enter your card details:

- CVV code
- Click Process Card to confirm the payment.
IMPORTANT. Before confirming, double-check all the details: the amount to be paid, your credit card number, expiry date, and CVV.
