Why Can't I Renew My .AU Domain Name

You have full control over your domain name ownership; however, certain restrictions may affect the renewal process.

For .AU domain names, renewals can only be processed within three (3) months prior to the renewal date. Any renewal attempts made earlier than this period cannot be completed.

Upon domain expiration, our system will attempt to automatically renew the domain as scheduled. If all auto-renewal attempts are unsuccessful and the domain is not manually renewed by the expiration date, it will enter a 30-day Renewal Grace Period. If the domain remains unpaid by the end of this grace period, it will be permanently deleted.

To avoid service interruption or loss of ownership, we strongly recommend renewing your domain for the longest available term or enabling the Auto-Renewal option for added security.
