My Hosting Account Is Suspended

Cause
A hosting account may be suspended due to the following:
- Hosting subscription has expired
- Violation of the Terms of Service (TOS)
Solution
The resolution depends on the cause of the suspension.
Renew expired hosting
If the hosting account is suspended due to expiration, log in to your Crazy Domains account and renew your hosting product.
Resolve TOS violation
If the hosting account is suspended due to a Terms of Service violation:
- Check your registered email for a notification about the suspension.
- Review the details of the violation stated in the notice.
- Reply to the email or contact support for clarification if needed.
- Take the required corrective action based on the violation.
- Wait for confirmation that the suspension has been lifted.
