Create a Titan Email Account

This article explains how to create a new user or mailbox for Titan Email. Creating a user allows you to assign an email address to a person in your organization so they can send and receive emails using your domain.

You may need to create a new email account when adding a team member, setting up a departmental email (such as sales@ or support@), or assigning an email address to another user. The steps in this guide will show you how to create the user from the Titan Email Manager panel.

Before you proceed

Before creating Titan Email users, ensure that your domain’s DNS records for Titan Email are properly configured. This allows your domain to send and receive emails through the Titan Email service.

If the DNS records are not yet configured, follow the steps in the Set Up MX and TXT Records for Titan Email article to set them up first.

Once the DNS configuration is completed, you can proceed with creating a new email user.
