Create a Titan Email Account
This article explains how to create a new user or mailbox for Titan Email. Creating a user allows you to assign an email address to a person in your organization so they can send and receive emails using your domain.
You may need to create a new email account when adding a team member, setting up a departmental email (such as sales@ or support@), or assigning an email address to another user. The steps in this guide will show you how to create the user from the Titan Email Manager panel.
Before you proceed
Before creating Titan Email users, ensure that your domain’s DNS records for Titan Email are properly configured. This allows your domain to send and receive emails through the Titan Email service.
If the DNS records are not yet configured, follow the steps in the Set Up MX and TXT Records for Titan Email article to set them up first.
Once the DNS configuration is completed, you can proceed with creating a new email user.
Creating a Titan Email user
Follow these steps to create your Titan mailbox or user:
- Access Your Titan Email Manager.
- Click on Email Accounts. This opens the Email Accounts page.
- Click Create new email account.
- In the Email, enter your preferred email address.
NOTE. Select Make this email account an admin if you want the account to have administrator privileges. Admin accounts can:
- Add or delete email accounts
- Manage upgrades and billing
- Manage other admin accounts
- Enter a password in the Password field.
- Alternatively, enable Automatically generate password if you want the system to create a secure password.

- Enter a Password recovery email address.
NOTE. Make sure the recovery email address is active and accessible. This email will receive the login details for the new mailbox and can also be used to reset the password if needed.
- Click Create new account.
Your new mailbox will appear in the Email Accounts Table.
Email Accounts Table Overview
The Email Accounts Table displays all email accounts associated with your domain.
