Transfer Your Domain Between Crazy Domains Accounts

This article explains how to transfer a domain name between accounts within Crazy Domains. It is intended for customers who need to move a domain to another user, such as when merging accounts, or assigning management access. By following this guide, you will be able to complete the internal domain transfer while keeping your domain active and properly managed. 

Before you start 

Before moving your domain name to another Crazy Domains account, please take note of the following: 

• The domain registrant details will be moved as is. 
• Only the admin, tech, and billing contact will be updated to the destination account details. 
• Once the domain is transferred, the destination account will be responsible for all future renewals.

Step 1: Get the domain authorization code 

To get started, log in to the source account and get the authorization code of the domain that you want to transfer. 

Step 2: Add the domain to the destination account 

To start the internal domain transfer, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the destination account. 
2. On the left side menu, click Buy Products>Domains>Transfer Domains.  
3. Enter the domain name that you want to transfer in the search box.  
4. Click on the TRANSFER button.  
5. Enter your domain password (a.k.a. authorization code, EPP code, or registry key).  
6. Click ADD TO CART.  
7. Continue and complete the checkout process. 

That's it. Your domain is now transferred to another Crazy Domains account.
