CD Website Builder | Shipping and Pickup
This guide outlines how to set up shipping options in your Crazy Domains eCommerce Website Builder.

Step 1: Access shipping
- Open your Website Builder Editor.
- On the side menu, click on the Store (cart) icon. The ONLINE STORE panel will open.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Shipping.
Step 2: Add shipping origin
Under SHIPPING ORIGIN, click ADDRESS to specify your warehouse or shop location. This address will appear on invoices and will be used to calculate shipping rates.
Step 3: Add a shipping option
In SHIPPING OPTIONS, either click ADD or choose an existing shipping/delivery method. This will take you to the Shipping & Pickup tab, to choose from the following delivery methods:
- Shipping
Ship within your country or internationally. Enable automatic shipping rates from carriers or use your own custom rates if your product requires special shipping fees.
- Local Delivery
Deliver orders yourself in city and suburbs or outsource delivery to the services you trust. Set when, where, and under which conditions you deliver.
- Self Pickup
Add a curbside, drive-through, or in-store pickup. Specify your business hours, the pickup location, and add a brief instruction on how the pickup works for customers.
Step 4: Set up a delivery rates
To set up a delivery rates, select any of the following options:
- Free Delivery. Offer delivery at no cost to customers. Ideal if delivery expenses are already included in your product pricing. Helps increase conversion, as customers are more likely to order with free delivery.
- Conditional Free. Delivery Offer free delivery when a minimum order amount is met. Apply a delivery fee for orders below the set threshold. Flexible option to encourage higher order values.
- Flat Rate. Charge a fixed delivery fee regardless of order size or quantity. Simple and predictable pricing for both you and your customers.
- Custom Rates. Create advanced delivery pricing rules. Set rates based on: Order amount Number of items Total weight
Step 5: Set up handling fee
This is a flat, per-order handling fee to cover packing and order preparation. The fee is applied at checkout, separately from any shipping charges. To minimize the risk of cart abandonment, keep handling fees as low as possible. To enable this feature, click on Set Up Handling Fee.
