CD Website Builder | Set Up Store Notification
Setting up store notifications in Website Builder helps you stay informed about customer activity and ensures your communications look professional. With the eCommerce Website Builder plan, you can easily configure notification email addresses and add your store logo so customers receive branded updates for orders and enquiries.
IMPORTANT. The Store option is only available for the eCommerce Website Builder plan and will not appear on all other Website Builder plans. If you want to easily set up an Online Store with complete SSL protection and easy setup and monitoring of Products and Orders, you will need to upgrade your current Website Builder plan or purchase a new eCommerce Website Builder plan.
Setting Up Your Notifications Settings
Set up your Store's Notifications Settings to manage the Email Addresses and Logo to use by following the instructions below:
- In your Website Builder Editor, click the Store icon.
- Select Settings.
- Click Notifications.
- Under Email Settings, enter the Reply-To Email and From Email you want to use for your store notifications.
Note:
- Reply-To Email — This is where customer replies will be sent.
- From Email — This is the address used to send notification emails.
- Under Email Logo, browse your folders and upload your logo. This logo will appear in all notification emails sent to your customers.
