CD Website Builder | Tracking Orders

This guide explains how to track and manage store orders using the Crazy Domains eCommerce Website Builder. 

 

 

Accessing Orders

1. Open your Website Builder Editor. 
2. On the side menu, click on the Store (cart) icon. The ONLINE STORE panel will open. 
3. Click on Orders.

 

ORDERS panel

In the ORDERS panel, you'll see the summary of your orders: 

• Your Total Sales 
• Your Total Orders 

 

You will also see the summary of your order fulfillment: 

Not Paid, Not Shipped

Orders that are: 

• Unpaid 
• Not yet shipped or fulfilled 

 

Paid, Not Shipped 

Orders that are: 

• Paid 
• Partially fulfilled or pending shipment 

 

Not Paid, Shipped 

Orders that are: 

• Already in transit 
• Not yet paid 

 

Managing orders 

Click on any of the order metrics to open the orders screen (pop-up). On the ORDERS screen, you can do the following: 

• Track order progress 
• Process and update orders 
• Create orders
