CD Website Builder | Store Settings

This guide outlines on how to access and manage your basic Store Settings in Crazy Domains eCommerce Website Builder such as: 

  • Store Information 
  • Regional Settings
  • Notifications 

  

 

Accessing your store Settings

  1. Open your Website Builder Editor
  2. On the Side Menu, click on the Store (cart) icon. The ONLINE STORE panel will open. 
  3. Click on Settings to open the store SETTINGS panel.

 

Updating your Store Information

  1. In the store SETTINGS panel, click Store Information
  2. Fill out the store information field accordingly.
  • STORE NAME 
    Your store's business name. 
  • STORE EMAIL 
    Your store’s email address. 
  • CONTACT PHONE 
    Your store’s contact number 
  • PRODUCT TYPE 
    Select your store’s product type in drop-down between or combination of Physical and E-goods
  • BUSINESS ADDRESS 
    Your store’s business address; this will be displayed on your invoices and be used to calculate shipping rates. 

 

Update the Regional Settings

  1. In the store SETTINGS panel click Regional Settings.  
  2. Update the following settings accordingly: 
  • TIME ZONE 
    Select your store’s time zone in drop down. 
  • UNIT SYSTEM 
    Select your store’s unit system in drop-down between Metric and Imperial
  • DEFAULT CURRENCY 
    Select your store’s currency type in the drop-down. 
  • DISPLAY FORMAT 
    Select your store’s pricing display format in the drop-down.

 

Update your store Notifications

  1. In the store SETTINGS panel, click Notifications
  2. Update the following fields:
  • EMAIL SETTINGS
    Store emails will be automatically sent to your customers from the REPLY-TO and FROM EMAIL addresses. 
    To set this up, enter an email address to the corresponding fields.
     
  • EMAIL LOGO
    This logo will appear in your store emails.

    To add an email logo, click ADD LOGO and follow the prompts.
