Getting Started With Titan Email


This guide will walk you through setting up your Titan Email account—from creating your first mailbox to sending and receiving emails successfully.

Follow the steps below to complete your setup.

Before you begin

Open your welcome email from Crazy Domains and prepare the following information:

  • Your hosting login details
  • Your domain name

Once you have these ready, you are ready to create your first mailbox.

 

Step 1: Create your first Titan Email account

  1. Go to your Titan Email Manager.
  2. Follow the steps in this guide: Create a Titan Email Account

 

Step 2: Verify and activate your Titan Email account

To activate your Titan email account or user, make sure your domain is properly connected to your Titan email server.

 

Step 3: Test your Titan email via webmail

Now that you have created your first Titan Email account and you have verified your email settings, it’s time to test it.

If you are able to login using the Titan Webmail, you’re right on track.

 

Step 4: Set up Titan Email on your devices

You access your email in different ways:

Option A: Use the Titan mobile app

Download the official Titan mobile app available for:

Option B: Use third-party email clients

You can also access Titan Email using email clients such as Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, and others. Refer to the Email Setup Guide for step-by-step instructions.

 

Step 5: Get your Titan email setup settings

If you’re setting up your Titan email on desktop or mobile email client manually, use the following server settings:

 

 

Common email issues

If you’re unable to send or receive emails, check the following:
 

Problem Possible Solution

Incorrect password

Reset your password in the Titan Email Manager and update it in your email client

SMTP authentication disabled

Enable SMTP authentication and use the same login details as your incoming server

Incorrect port Make sure you have the right Titan Email Server Settings.
DNS changes not yet propagated Wait up to 24–48 hours for DNS changes to fully propagate worldwide. Verify your MX records to confirm they are correctly configured.
Domain not pointing to the hosting server Check that your domain’s DNS records (MX, SPF, and related records) are correctly pointing to Titan’s mail servers. Update them if necessary in your DNS settings.
Mailbox quota exceeded Delete unnecessary emails to free up space or upgrade your email storage plan if needed.

  • Successfully logged in to Titan Webmail to isolate client-related issues
  • Performed a test email and have performed basic troubleshooting steps
  • Verified that your server settings match the recommended configuration
  • Checked that your DNS records (MX, SPF, etc.) are correctly configured
  • Waited up to 24–48 hours if DNS changes were recently made
